Active Kids Voucher

AusCycling is pleased to be a registered activity provider with the NSW Government’s Active Kids program and can now accept Active Kids Vouchers!

Our Race/Lifestyle memberships (for Kids/U13 or Concession age categories) in most cases cost less than $100 and include 24/7 insurance cover, ability to join your local club and be part of the AusCycling community.

To Use An Active Kids Voucher With AusCycling, please follow the below steps:

Brand New Members of AusCycling:

1. Go to > https://auscycling.tidyhq.com/signup/new and enter your email address.
2. Follow the prompts and enter the child's name (Not Yours) and then click on 'Create Account'.
3. Once you have created an account, an email will be sent to your email address. Go to your inbox, open the email and click on 'Set Password'.
4. Enter a password to access this account.
5. Go to > https://auscycling.tidyhq.com/member/profile/edit
6. Note the 'Contact ID Number' and scroll down to 'Profile' and enter the information required for your child. This includes Date of Birth, Gender, Phone, Address and Emergency Contact information.
7. With the above completed, please contact our Member Services Team (membership@auscycling.org.au) with the following information:

• Child's Full Name
• Child's Contact ID Number
• Active Kids Voucher (16 Digits)
• Child's Date of Birth, eg. (01-Jan-2013)
• The club, your child, wishes to join.
• Membership Category Required (If unsure, click here)

Once we receive the information as per the above, a team member will be in touch with you and will process the membership for you. If the child's membership is over $100.00, you will be invoiced for the difference, and we will email this directly to your email address. Once this is paid, your child's membership will be Full and Active.

Renewing Members of AusCycling:

Renewing members with an AC ID number, please contact our Member Services Team (membership@auscycling.org.au) with the following information:

• Child's Full Name
• Child's Contact ID Number
• Active Kids Voucher (16 Digits)
• Child's Date of Birth, e.g. (01-Jan-2013)
• The club, your child, wishes to join
• Membership Category Required (If unsure, click here)

Once we receive the information as per the above, a team member will be in touch with you and will process the membership for you. If the child's membership is over $100.00, you will be invoiced for the difference, and we will email this directly to your email address. Once this is paid, your child's membership will be Full and Active.

Please note - A voucher can only be used:

• once (if the fees for your chosen activity are less than $100, the remaining balance is forfeited and can't be used)
• during the calendar year it's issued
• for the person named on the voucher

Please note: We are currently receiving high volumes of Active Kids vouchers and your membership will be processed 5 business days.
