National Championships
The 2022 AusCycling Cyclo-Cross National Championships will be held on 17 September at GreenValleys Mountain Bike Park, NSW.
The venue is located in the foothills of the Macquarie Pass National Park in Tongarra, NSW.

2022 AusCycling Cyclo-Cross National Championships will also Feature the 2022 AusCycling Cyclo Cross State Junior Championships - New South Wales for U13, U15 & U17 categories.

Event will be conducted in accordance with the AusCycling Technical Regulations both:
• AusCycling Technical Regulations General
• AusCycling Technical Regulations Cyclo-Cross
Level 1 (Local, U13, U15)
• Two wheels
• Handlebar (dropped or straight-but no bar-ends that extend forward or upward)
• Brakes, no forearm supports/extensions
• Freewheel
• Saddle
• Pedalled in a circular motion, no power assist
• No metal studs in tires
Level 2 (Regional/National)
• Level 1 Requirements plus,
• Double triangle frame shape
• Drop handlebars mandatory
• Wheels same diameter
• Tire width- 35 mm maximum (branded)
Level 3 - UCI Regulations (National & International)
UCI Categories
• Elite, U23, Junior/U19 - Tire width 33 mm maximum (when inflated and ready to race).
• Drop (traditional) handlebars only
• Chain drive
• 2 wheels, same diameter between 550 and 700 mm
• Shifting mechanisms/brake levers (that don’t extend excessively to become a place to rest your forearms)
Supporting Categories:
• Masters, U17 – Level 2 Requirements apply.
• U15, U13 – Level 1 Requirements apply.
