AusCycling is conducting a BMX freestyle judging course for officials interested in obtaining accreditation as a BMX Freestyle Judge at the Regional (State/Territory) level. The accreditation allows progression to National BMX Freestyle Judge accreditation with suitable experience.
Date and Time: Sunday 15 May 2022 | 9am to 1pm
Venue: Virtual (using Microsoft Teams)
Registration Closes: 8 May 2022 at 11.59pm or before if places fill. There are 12 places available.
Pre-Requisites
1) Must be at least 16 years of age
2) Must hold a WWCC (or equivalent) from your State or Territory
3) Must be a member of AusCycling | minimum Non-riding member
Accreditation Requirements
1) Attend an online webinar which includes watching videos of freestyle runs and marking
2) Read the BMX Freestyle Judging Accreditation Manual
3) Answer online quiz 100% correctly
4) Accept the AusCycling Code of Conduct for Officials and any UCI specific requirements
Cost: There is no cost to attend
Provided: Course notes and attendance material will be provided electronically to registered participants at the closure of registrations.
Assessment: A quiz will be taken at the end of the Course. Candidates will be required to pass 100% of the quiz.
Attendance Requirements: Attendance will be online via a Teams link. The link will be sent to registered participants 2 days before the Course.
