Australian riders Jack Moir and Luke Meier-Smith put themselves on the podium in the final race of the Enduro World Series at legendary venue Finale Ligure, Italy.
Featuring nearly 60km of pedalling and four challenging stages, this race was designed to push riders to the max, and it more than delivered.
Moir (Canyon Collective), in only his second race of the format claimed the fourth and final stage on day two to put him on the third step of the podium behind winner Jesse Melamed, who sailed to the third EWS win of his career.
In the U21 Men Brady Stone (Theory Global Enduro Team) clinched the win, with the current Under 19 Austrlian downhill champion, Meier-Smith in second at his very first taste of EWS racing.
