Members Rush To Join AusCycling In First Two Weeks

There were major milestones for the first two weeks of operation for AusCycling.

Nearly two thousand members signed up to join AusCycling after the amalgamation of BMX Australia, Cycling Australia and Mountain Bike Australia on November 1st 2020.

With a number of membership choices available, the Race All Discipline membership was the most popular with nearly half of those taking up the All Discipline option which lets them ride road, track, bmx and mountain bike.

It wasn’t just the racing membership which produced high numbers over the 14 day period, but nearly 600 people opted to become a Lifestyle member of AusCycling.

This gives members the freedom and opportunity to become part of the AusCycling community when out riding socially or commuting.

Five hundred and three new members took up the Four Week Free Trial option.

The past week has also seen more than 70% of road and track clubs in New South Wales affiliate with AusCycling as the event space across all disciplines ramp up heading into summer.
