State Competition

The 2021 AusCycling ACT/NSW BMX State Championships will be held at Hawkesbury BMX. AusCycling thanks Hawkesbury BMX for all of their assistance in organising the Championships.

2021 AUSCYCLING ACT/NSW BMX STATE SERIES PRESENTATIONS

Due to the inclement weather the State Series Presentations will not be held on Friday, 26 November, but instead will take place each day with the respective racing presentations.

Please click here to view the 2021 AusCycling ACT/NSW State Series results. Riders who finished 1-3 will receive a medal and riders who finished 1-8 will receive a presentation plate.

CONSECUTIVE ATTENDANCE

Any riders who have attended either the ACT BMX Territory Championships or the NSW BMX State Championships and 2021 will be your 10th/15th/20th/25th year (please note this excludes 2020 when no events were run), please complete the consecutive attendance form. Responses need to be received by 12pm Tuesday 23rd November in order to receive your award during the Opening Ceremony.

COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS OF ATTENDANCE

  • All attendees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 if they are aged 16 years and over and produce vaccination certificate upon entry

  • All attendees and their dependants must sign in via the Service NSW QR codes that will be placed at the entrance to the venue

  • DO NOT attend if you are COVID-19 positive or if have symptoms of COVID-19

  • DO NOT cough, spit or sneeze near or onto others

  • Spectators are encouraged to clap, rather than shout during events

  • Please keep at least 1.5 metres away from others at all times except when participating in events

  • Please use the provided hand sanitiser at sign on desk prior to collecting your race plate

  • We strongly encourage the use of masks at this event when not participating in events

  • Pease DO NOT congregate in areas of high foot traffic such as sign on or start finish

Please follow the NSW Public Health Orders and NSW Health guidelines at all times.

Patron QR code check in and vaccination status check will all occur at the entrance to the venue. We kindly request for your patience upon arrival to the venue and to present at the walk in check in station for this process, where vaccination will be validated and a wristband will be provided for the duration of the event. Daily check in will still be required, but this will fast track the process.

OPENING CEREMONY

The Opening Ceremony will be held on Saturday, 27 November. It will include a March Past and we request riders to listen to the direction of Officials and their Clubs in coordinating this. The Sprocket Graduation Certificates will also be presented during the Opening Ceremony, so the 7 Sprockets are asked to listen for an announcement and head to staging when called to line up for their certificate. 

PRIZE MONEY

Any riders who are eligible to receive prize money need to complete the prize money details form within seven (7) days of the conclusion of the event.
