60th Anniversary Illawarra Track Carnival

• It is the 60th Anniversary of the Unanderra Velodrome! Cycling is back at the Host City of the UCI Road World Championships for 2022!
• The program for the day will include the Country/Metro Elite Track Championships.
• Racing will start at 1pm and is anticipated to finish around 8:30pm.
• Racing for U11`s through to Masters Riders!
• The final program will be confirmed once entries have closed!
• Prize Money will be at least $2,000.

Stay in Wollongong overnight as there will be a Criterium Open on Sunday Morning  at the venue for the 2022 Juniors & Masters Criterium Championships, enter via Buncheur.

Age Categories & Eligibility

• U11, U13, JM15, JW15, JM17, JW17, Elite and Seniors
• Age Categories for this event are as per 2023 ages effective from 1st October 2022.
• Financial AusCycling 'Race All Discipline' members only.
• This event is not open to Temporary or Recreational Memberships.

Technical Regulations

• Events will be run according to AusCycling Technical Regulations
• Please refer to  section 1.02  specifically for junior age category equipment restrictions

• AusCycling Championship Medals
• At least $2,000 in prize money!

• U15 - $25.00
• U17 - $30.00
• Elites & Masters - $35.00

• The event will proceed as planned unless the conditions are deemed to be unsafe by the Race Organiser and Chief Commissaire on the morning of the event
