- The sum of the ages of the youngest three starters on the day must equal to sum in the category name or more. Age is based on YEAR of birth
Event Information
- 8:30 am start
- Registration will open at 7:30 am
- Category start times, category running order and Teams Start Times will be released the week leading up to the event, after entries have closed and will be emailed to all team managers.
- Presentations will be conducted immediately following the completion of the last rider in race order. Expected Presentation time is 11.15am but please be patient if this is delayed.
- Toilets - There will be toilets available
- Marshalling - All teams must report to the marshalling area (start line) 15 minutes prior to their designated start time.
- No warming up will be allowed on the circuit of Glendon road parking areas.
- Parking for participants will be rear to curb parking at 45 degrees.
Course Map
The 2023 Course will follow the same path as previous years additions. The Race will start and Finish from Glendon School of Arts Hall on Glendon Road
Results and Club Points
Results - Team time is based on the third rider to cross the finish line.
All starting teams earn club points toward the NSW TTT Club Shield: Bonus points will be awarded with Clubs entering 5 or more teams.
- 5+ Teams: 10 Points
- 10+ Teams: 20 Points
The Following points table will be applied to results in each category. All teams points total will be tailed towards the NSW TTT Club Shield.
Technical
Events will be run according to AusCycling Technical Regulations
Please refer to pages 13 & 14 of the Road Regulations for specific rules.
Entry Regulations (State/Territory Championships: Club Team)
Composite Team: Composite teams may be formed under the following framework:
- The club must be located over 200km from the event or be able to provide evidence that there are insufficient entries from the club to enter a team.
- A minimum of 50% of the participants must be members of the club entering the riders.
- In the case where a club cannot meet the above, riders may participate however they will not be eligible for medals.
- All teams must be approved by their respective clubs. In the case of a composite team riders must have written approval from their club.
Weather conditions
- The event will proceed as planned unless the conditions are deemed to be unsafe by the Race Organiser and Chief Commissaire on the morning of the event
