State Competition
Earlier in 2021 New South Wales lost a legend of our sport. It is the pleasure of AusCycling, the venue managers of the Dunc Grey Velodrome and all staff to honour Jim with this memorial event.
The Jim Bundy Memorial Gate Day presents and opportunity for participants to get back on the track and open their summer campaign on fixed gears by setting baseline times at the Dunc Grey Velodrome under full competition conditions. The day will include three individual event opportunities, and two team events for riders to set electronically recorded times in:
The Track National Challenge is an innovative national level track competition that will take place throughout Australia on the weekend originally planned for the AusCycling 2021 Track National Championships in Brisbane, Nov 26th – 28th 2021. Masters riders will have the opportunity to record a time for any of the three offered events and have it, or any previous time officially recorded during timed competition from the period of 1st January to 28th November 2021. Please submit any previously set times to date you have set that you wish to have counted in the entry portal comments box when you enter. If you are not entering the event but still wish to submit a time to be counted in the challenge please email set time, date, venue and the event you achieved it at to: [email protected].
AusCycling will award national medals for each of the Masters categories in each individual event post 28th November.
