2020 State BMX Series

A few drops of rain didn’t stop the riders putting on a show for the sixth and final round of the 2020 State BMX Series held in Launceston.

The racing was impressive in all divisions from the tiny tot Mini Wheelers to the hardcore Superclass riders, resulting in some fast and very close finishes.

After the event, we applauded the podium winners and riders who were awarded for their participation in the state series. Congratulations to the Wynyard BMX Park for taking club honours.

We thank the Launceston BMX Club for hosting the event, as well as the Commissaires and volunteers for ensuring the race was conducted safely. We extend our appreciation to the past and present board of BMX Tasmania for the tremendous work they have contributed to the sport in keeping the wheels turning in the state for many years.
