Caroline Buchanan was back winning medals this time at the Rockshox Pump Track Challenge Innsbruck, the first stop of the Crankworx World Tour 2022.

The BMX background paid off for the Canberran as she would finish with the silver behind Kialani Hines.

Six Aussies lined up in the Pro Women but it would be Buchanan and Harriet Burbidge-Smith who made their way to the medal rounds.

Burbidge-Smith would finish with bronze behind American Jordy Scott in their battle.

Despite winning the first run in their gold medal matchup, Buchanan couldn't hold out Hines in the second run as she claimed the win by the smallest margin.

In the Pro Men three Aussies would make it to the start gate but it would be Jackson Frew who'd go the deepest in the competition.
