GCCC Twilight Time Trial - Luke Harrop - Monday 6 May 2024

SUMMER START TIME - first rider @ 5:00pm

Arrive by 4:50pm so you can collect you transponder, and ensure you are warmed up for a 5:00pm TT start.

Grading guidelines:

A Grade - Under 23mins (Average speed: 42km/h +)

B Grade - 23-25mins (Average speed: 40-42km/h)

C Grade - 26-28mins (Average speed: 35-39km/h)

D Grade - Over 28 mins (Average speed: Up to 34km/h)


Front and rear lights encouraged.


Participants will be released one at a time for a 10 Mile Time Trial, this translates to 16km, so make sure you start your GPS, counting laps is difficult!

KEEP TO THE INSIDE OF THE CIRCUIT UNLESS OVERTAKING, INCLUDING THROUGH THE CORNERS.

When overtaking please ensure you have a decent gap (5 metres or more) before moving back to the inside line. This is to ensure the overtaken rider does not draft from you.

Grades are used to set the release order. A Grade is released last.

Play Fair: no verbal abuse of officials, sledging, threatening or bullying other participants (including vilification) or deliberately distracting or provoking an opponent. This is not limited to verbal communication and includes social media, text messaging and email

Respect the rights, dignity and worth of all participants  regardless of their gender, ability, cultural background or religion

Do not expect or accept “special” favours from a coach or person involved in team or club management

Speak to an adult you trust ifyou have an issue, feel unsafe or are concerned about someone else

Adhere to the AusCycling Code of Conduct
